Who we are
Shed Quote Check is operated by J CHURCHILL & R.D CHURCHILL, ABN 21 057 765 636. Use our contact form for access, correction, deletion or a privacy concern.
What you send
The kit-quote form requests your name, email address, site postcode and a copy of your current quote. Phone number, shed type and extra project details are optional. Your submission also includes the permission wording/version, source form and a browser-supplied timestamp. The received email provides a separate provider timestamp.
Send only the information needed for the kit-price review. Remove bank and payment details, signatures, identity documents, sensitive information and unrelated information about other people. If you cannot share the document, use the contact form to discuss another way to provide the relevant specification.
The general contact form collects your name, email, message and selected permissions. It accepts no attachments. Monthly-offer signup requests collect your email, optional name and explicit marketing permission. The unsubscribe form needs only the email address to remove.
Where submissions go
Submitting a quote sends the contact details, quote files and permission information from your browser to FormSubmit. FormSubmit processes the submission and emails it to Rowan’s nominated Gmail inbox for Shed Quote Check. General contact, signup and unsubscribe requests use the same provider and mailbox route.
New email-first quote submissions are not stored in this website’s enquiry database or document storage. No public quote-download link or website attachment preview is created. FormSubmit and Gmail still process and hold the information described here; this is not a claim that no provider stores your data.
The nominated supplier is Sale Barns and Garages Pty Ltd, ABN 65 652 115 289. The website does not automatically forward your documents or details to that company. Rowan reviews your enquiry first, and any onward referral is discussed with you before the applicable named-recipient permission is obtained.
Why we use your information
We use your submission to review the shed-kit price enquiry, respond to you, clarify requirements, consider a suitable referral, protect the service and deal with requests or complaints. Supplying information is voluntary, but without the required quote and contact/project details we may not be able to review an enquiry.
We do not add you to a marketing list merely because you enquire. Our service is free for customers; we receive a commission or referral fee from Sale Barns and Garages. That commercial relationship does not itself authorise sharing your documents or sending marketing.
Service providers and overseas handling
The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and application settings. Form submissions use FormSubmit and Google’s Gmail service. FormSubmit’s Google reCAPTCHA spam check may process device, network and interaction information. Hosting and email services can also retain technical logs and backups under their own practices.
These services may process information internationally. We do not promise Australian-only storage or processing. FormSubmit’s published privacy and service terms provide limited detail about processing locations and retention controls. Its documentation describes a 30-day archive of form details and no retained backup of uploaded files.
Attachment handling
The quote form accepts one plain PDF or up to three JPG/PNG photos, with a 5 MB per-file and 10 MB combined limit. Browser file-type and size checks help prevent mistakes; they are not malware screening. This website does not antivirus-scan, OCR, render or run attachments. The operator treats received files as untrusted and uses an appropriate screening and opening process.
Selecting a file stays local to your device until you submit. You then complete the provider’s spam-check flow. A FormSubmit confirmation is not proof that Rowan has opened or reviewed the email. If you see an error or do not receive a response, contact us before repeatedly resending private documents.
Retention and deletion
FormSubmit states that it retains submitted form fields for 30 days and does not retain uploaded files as a backup. A delayed or failed email may therefore not have a recoverable attachment in FormSubmit’s archive.
For unconverted quote enquiries, our policy is to manually review the enquiry emails and any downloaded quote copies after 90 days from receipt, and delete those no longer needed. This is a manual responsibility of the operator. The website does not schedule or perform Gmail or device-file deletion.
Information needed for an ongoing enquiry, resulting transaction, legal obligation or complaint may be retained for the applicable purpose, with the reason explained when relevant. Email service trash, backups and technical logs follow separate provider practices; deleting an application copy does not promise immediate deletion from every provider backup.
Marketing-consent evidence and the minimum unsubscribe/suppression record are kept separately as needed to demonstrate permission and avoid sending to an opted-out address. They are not indiscriminately removed during routine quote-email cleanup. Contact correspondence is reviewed and kept only as needed for the question and applicable record-keeping.
Monthly special offers
Marketing permission is a separate, optional, unchecked choice on quote and contact forms. A standalone signup request requires its own affirmative opt-in. It covers monthly shed-kit special offers from Shed Quote Check, operated by J CHURCHILL & R.D CHURCHILL (ABN 21 057 765 636), until you withdraw it. Declining has no effect on your enquiry.
This does not authorise marketing from Sale Barns and Garages or other businesses. The email request records the selected permission, wording/version, source and submission information. No mailing platform is connected and no request automatically starts a campaign. The operator must preserve appropriate consent evidence before manually enrolling an address; FormSubmit’s 30-day archive alone is not a durable consent register.
To stop marketing, use our email-only unsubscribe request or reply “unsubscribe” to an offer. No login, name or fee is required. Requests are emailed to the operator for manual action, and marketing must stop within five working days. A later enquiry does not reverse an unsubscribe; a new express signup is needed.
Your choices and complaints
Use our contact form to request access or correction, ask for deletion, withdraw permission for a future referral, or raise a concern. We may need proportionate information to verify your request. We will explain any lawful reason relevant information needs to be retained.
We will investigate privacy concerns and respond without unreasonable delay. Where it has jurisdiction, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Material changes to purposes or recipients will be explained, and any required permission obtained before a new use or disclosure.
