1. Who operates this service

Shed Quote Check is operated by J CHURCHILL & R.D CHURCHILL, ABN 21 057 765 636, the partnership behind Gippsland Music & Sound. Contact: our contact form.

Shed Quote Check is a separate lead-generation and referral service. It is not Sale Barns and Garages Pty Ltd, a shed manufacturer, an engineer or an independent whole-market comparison service.

2. Our nominated supply partner

Our nominated supply partner is Sale Barns and Garages Pty Ltd, ABN 65 652 115 289, the Sale Fair Dinkum Builds outlet. We do not seek competing quotations from a panel of suppliers.

These customer terms do not create a legal partnership, agency or supplier agreement. Shed Quote Check cannot bind the supplier to a price, supply obligation, warranty or contract. The parties’ business arrangements are separate from your enquiry.

3. The kit-price enquiry

Our aim is to help you explore whether the nominated supplier can offer a cheaper comparable shed kit. A saving, price match, available offer or response time is not guaranteed.

A meaningful comparison depends on dimensions, layout, steel and cladding, openings, options, design assumptions, site requirements, included documentation and the validity of the existing quote. A materially different specification will need to be described as an alternative.

4. Kit price, GST and freight

The service is oriented to kit supply. Any consumer price comparison should identify the kit price in Australian dollars including GST, together with applicable freight, unloading and other mandatory charges. Where a charge cannot yet be calculated, it needs to be identified before an offer is accepted.

Concrete, earthworks, installation, building work, permits, approvals and site services are excluded unless expressly included in a separate written offer. Product suitability, service area and delivery arrangements require confirmation for your specific project and postcode.

5. Information and documents you provide

Provide current, accurate information and readable quote pages that you are allowed to share. Remove payment or bank details, signatures, identity numbers and unrelated personal information, including unnecessary details about other people. Do not upload executable, malicious, protected or unrelated material.

One plain PDF or up to three JPG/PNG images may be attached, with a 5 MB per-file and 10 MB combined limit. Browser checks help enforce the file-type and size limits but do not antivirus-scan the content. Sending a file does not establish that it is safe, complete, comparable or approved.

6. Review and onward referral

When the form is open, it uses FormSubmit to email your contact details and quote attachments to Rowan’s nominated Gmail inbox for manual review. You complete the provider’s spam check before sending. The website does not store new quotes in its enquiry database or automatically forward them to the supplier. We will discuss any onward sharing with you and obtain the applicable named-recipient permission first.

Submitting an enquiry does not place an order, accept a supplier quotation or commit you to a purchase. Any supply contract, final specification, engineering documentation, payment, delivery, warranty and cancellation conditions will be addressed in the supplier’s separate written offer and terms.

A provider confirmation does not establish that Rowan has received, opened or reviewed the email. We do not guarantee a fixed response time. If there is a delivery problem, contact us before repeatedly resending documents.

7. Fees and commercial relationships

Our quote-checking service is free for customers. We receive a commission or referral fee from Sale Barns and Garages.

8. Privacy and contact

The general contact form uses FormSubmit to process your name, email and message and deliver them to Rowan by email. It does not accept attachments or send information to the shed supplier. You complete the provider’s spam check before sending.

Read the Privacy Notice for FormSubmit/Gmail handling, international processing, retention, access, correction and complaints. FormSubmit states that form fields are retained for 30 days and uploaded files are not kept as a backup. Unconverted enquiry emails and downloaded copies are manually reviewed after 90 days and deleted when no longer needed; the website does not automate mailbox deletion. Necessary marketing-consent evidence and unsubscribe records are handled separately. Marketing permission is separate and optional. Leaving a monthly-offers box unchecked does not affect an enquiry or contact message. A signup request goes to our team for manual handling and does not start an automated campaign. Offers would come from Shed Quote Check only; no marketing consent is bundled for the supplier or other businesses. Use the email preferences form or reply “unsubscribe” to an offer to stop marketing.

9. Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. The operator remains responsible for its own conduct and statements; the supplier is responsible for its separate supply obligations.

Contact our contact form with a service concern or complaint. We will consider your concern and respond without unreasonable delay. These terms may be updated for future enquiries; a change does not retrospectively authorise a new use or disclosure of information you already supplied.
